About Mohammad Al Taher

As a crucial team member of the HR Crew Department at Camper & Nicholsons’ Monaco office, Mohammad is in charge of verifying crew members' certification and assisting in the preparation of contracts.

Embracing his first big break in the yachting industry as an HR Crew intern for 8 months from July 2019 to February 2020, Mohammad was brought on full-time after showing exceptional promise.

Completing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management (MSc) from IPAG Nice, Mohammad constantly strives to develop his skillset in supporting the ever expanding HR department, while gaining more knowledge about the yachting industry as a whole.

With strong linguistic skills which include English, Arabic (Lebanese) and A1 French, Mohammad strives to develop strong relationships with the yacht crew and CNI staff. He joins C&N Monaco as HR Crew Assistant.
