About Jacqui Lockhart

Jacqui grew up in Scotland and studied business studies with languages in Edinburgh. She spent many summers in the south of France and moved there over 30 years ago. Soon after arriving, she started working at Camper & Nicholsons in Antibes. She worked in various departments, forming her knowledge and experience of the yachting industry over a 12-year period.

In 2012, Jacqui left to set up her own company specialising in the charter and charter management of luxury yachts over 25 metres. After 13 successful years on her own, Jacqui was pleased to return to the Camper & Nicholsons’ team, this time as a Retail Charter Broker based in the Monaco office.

In March 2022, Jacqui was appointed Europe Head of Charter Marketing. She brings to the role an in-depth awareness of charter clientele, experience liaising with owners and captains, and knowledge of how to best market our yacht fleet for charter.

“There are so many things to love about our industry,” Jacqui smiles. “But I think the thing I love the most about it is the diverse group of people in yachting. That, and getting to work with yachts in the most interesting locations all over the world!”

Jacqui can speak several languages—a major asset within the yachting industry—and enjoys working with international clients. When not hard at work, you’ll find Jacqui swimming in the Mediterranean, or taking in the fresh air in the forests around her home.
