Guillermo joins the yachting industry with a strong foundation in luxury hospitality and a passion for creating exceptional client experiences. With a degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from Babson College in Boston, he combines sharp business acumen with a global perspective.

Before transitioning to yachting, Guillermo worked with The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, focusing on outbound sales and customer service. There, he managed high-level client communications, streamlined booking processes, and identified tailored upselling opportunities. His ability to understand guest needs and translate them into memorable experiences makes him a valuable asset in the personalized world of yachting.

Multilingual and culturally versatile, Guillermo is fluent in English and Spanish, with conversational abilities in Portuguese and Mandarin. Having lived in the UK, China, Brazil, and the USA, and spending summers in Menorca where his family is from, he brings an international mindset and genuine curiosity about people and places.

Outside of work, Guillermo is passionate about endurance sports like running, cycling, and Hyrox. He also enjoys organizing wellness and animal advocacy events, playing the drums, and golfing. His travel interests are as global as his background, with a particular love for Latin America and countries like Colombia, Brazil, and Argentina.
