All other operational expenses would be at the Charterers account (i.e. fuel for the main engines, generators and tenders, port and harbor dues, communication costs, guests' food and drinks, personal laundry, etc) and are charged to the Advanced Provisioning Allowance onboard. The APA is generally estimated at 35% of the charter fee to be able to cover the applicable costs, this amount will be due one month before the start of the charter together with the balance payment.
